Mentoring is an individually designed development process in which you achieve your goals under my supervision. I not only share knowledge, but also show what the process looks like in my company or industry. Mentoring allows for quick and dynamic work with goals. There is a minimum of knowledge, but a maximum of practice. In mentoring processes with CEOs, presidents or company owners, we work in a team consisting of people who later carry out individual tasks in everyday business.

Mentees in the mentoring processes I conduct are primarily business leaders. 

They are equally often business owners and managers managing teams in large organizations and corporations.

What is decisive is not the size of the organization, but the goals set in the mentoring process.

Before making a decision, we will meet in person (or online) to compare your goals and how to achieve them. Set a framework for the mentoring process and what it may look like in your individual situation.
