REGULATIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

Regulations of the online store run by SILNA MARKA. Angelika Chimkowska based at ul. Wąwozowa 9/32, 02-796 Warsaw, Poland

1. Customer – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, which is granted legal capacity by special provisions, who places an order in the store;
2. Civil Code – Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
3. Regulations – rules for the provision of electronic services within the online store http://chimkowska.com;
4. Online store – online service available at https://silnamarka.com/ through which the customer can, in particular, place orders;
5. Goods – products presented in the store;
6. Sales contract – a contract for the sale of goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Angelika Chimkowska and the Customer, concluded using the Store’s website;
7. Act on special conditions of consumer sales – Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended);
8. Act on the provision of services by electronic means – Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
9. Order – the customer’s declaration of will, aimed directly at concluding a sales contract

I. GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The online store is run by SILNA MARKA. Angelika Chimkowska based at ul. Wąwozowa 9/32, 02-796 Warsaw, Poland, Poland with NIP: 6711538576, hereinafter referred to as the seller.
2. To use the online store http://chimkowska.com, you need a computer or smartphone with any operating system, web browser, graphics card and screen.
3. Persons using the https://silnamarka.com/ website may not provide or distribute illegal content via it.
4. STRONG BRAND company. Angelika Chimkowska – owner of the Online Store https://silnamarka.com/ – sells goods via the Internet. All prices given on the store’s website are gross prices (including VAT).
5. Information about the price of the goods provided on the website https://silnamarka.com/ is binding from the moment of conclusion of the sales and purchase agreement. The purchase and sale agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail in which the seller confirms acceptance of the order.
6. The Seller fulfills orders delivered within Poland and abroad.

II. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
1. Company STRONG BRAND. Angelika Chimkowska declares that she does not disclose any information regarding the Customer using the website to third parties without the Customer’s consent.
2. By registering and purchasing in the store, the customer agrees to the processing of his or her personal data in order to complete the order.
3. Greatest efforts are made to protect the personal data of the Store’s customers against unauthorized access in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883).
4. Each Customer has the right to access their data, correct it and demand that its processing be discontinued. If you request to stop processing your personal data, they are deleted from the store’s database. For this purpose, please submit a written declaration sent to the following address: kontakt@silnamarka.com or by post to the following address: ulica Wąwozowa 9/32, 02-796, Poland

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Orders can be placed via the online store. Orders placed on weekdays after hours. 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. The condition to speed up the order processing is to provide a valid e-mail number – to confirm the acceptance of the order. The ordering party will be informed of its acceptance via e-mail.
3. Ordering parties with an e-mail address will be informed about the order status by e-mail.
4. The prices of all goods in the store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.
5. Only goods in stock at the time of placing the order are sold. Availability information is available on each item’s page.
6. If the Ordering Party wants to receive an invoice confirming the purchase, he should send information about it, e.g. by e-mail immediately after the purchase, providing the necessary data.

IV. SHIPPING
1. We ship the purchased goods within 72 hours from the moment the payment is credited to our account (taking into account that shipping does not take place on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), 2.
Shipping costs are always listed on the product description page – in the case of purchase above five items, please contact us to determine shipping costs.
1. In the event of a significant delay in delivery, please contact us to determine the reason for the non-delivery. In each case, we try to help determine the whereabouts of the shipment.
2. The ordered goods are sent via Polish Post.


V. PAYMENTS
1. The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods by making a prepayment to our account or by making a payment via the Przelewy24 website.
2. Payments are handled by Przelewy24.

VI. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
1. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product in accordance with Article 2(1), the consumer has the opportunity to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of its receipt. For this purpose, a written declaration of withdrawal from a distance contract must be submitted. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered null and void. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management.
2. The goods should be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days. Products that were included as free gifts are also subject to return along with the goods.
3. After receiving the parcel, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Goods changed as a result of use beyond the transport route and checking their correctness are not subject to return.
5. Damaged or defective product should be sent to the following address: SILNA MARKA. Angelika Chimkowska, ulica Wąwozowa 9/32, 02-796, Poland.
6. STRONG BRAND company. Angelika Chimkowska undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.

VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The parties will try to resolve all disputes amicably, and if such an agreement is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent Polish common courts.
2. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on the provision of electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. All product names and trademarks belong to their legal owners and on the SILNA MARKA store website. Angelika Chimkowska were used for informational purposes only.
